Chajari Meteorite Slice Ordinary Chondrite - 3.75g Witnessed Fall 1933

Chajari is a witnessed fall that fell November 29, 1933, in Entre Rios, Argentina.  It has been classified as an Ordinary Chondrite (L5).  The fall of the meteorite was accompanied by intense sounds resembling thunder followed by the sound of a blow on the ground. They only found one stone which was dug up from a depth of over 1 meter.  It weighed about 18 kilos.

This slice comes in a glass top Riker box to keep it safe during shipping.  Like all of my meteorites, it comes with a COA.

The weight of this piece is 3.75 grams.

The measurements are about 33x21x2.
